TAKE A WALK WITH ME

Take my hand and walk with me,

we will talk and laugh with

glee.

Look around the Park and marvel

at all the love we see.

Little ones are playing in the park,

swinging and singing little songs

like a Lark.

Their songs make us laugh and

remember when we were children

playing in the Park.

Now we are older and slower yet we

still smile as it takes us half an hour

to walk a mile.

Holding your hand and feeling your

love makes me remember when we

used to be young and carefree.

We stop and smell the flowers as we

talk about the past and the future

knowing our love will last until we

are no more.
